What is network drafting ?
It is simply the generalization of a base cloth, by repeating the threading in width and in height.
It is a bit the opposite of telescoping ; we move to a larger cloth, with more shafts, which retains the properties of the base cloth.
Network drafting makes it possible to produce the base drawdown wherever you want on the cloth, thus giving great graphic freedom, while maintaining the properties of the base cloth, in particular its weave structure characteristics.
