We have seen how the choice of the network allows us to guarantee the production of a base weave wherever we want on the fabric ( see :  Network drafting why does it work ? Part 1 ).

We will now see how to draw the threading on the network to minimize the disturbances of a pattern on the whole cloth.

To highlight the links that exist in the width of a threading, we will start from the traditional block technique, which will ultimately be a special case of the network drafting method.

We will then propose a study of "pseudo-straight" threadings ; threadings on straight networks by constant trace.
